About Us We are two sisters who are passionate, inspired & grateful to be executing this project into our local community of Kamloops, BC. We have strong core values that favour our planet, & all her natural inhabitants. Cultivating an integral relationship with Earth is the primary source to which we can grow into health physically, emotionally, mentally & spiritually.
Self care practices through daily rituals of nourishment, self expression, reflection, prayer & cleansing all build a relationship with our bodies & seat us back into the sovereignty of our health. We believe in beauty as medicine & honouring the beauty inside of each of our individual selves, as well as amongst our personal & collective environments. Sustainability has our focus, ethical consumerism by reusing & recycling quality materials to which are already available is our priority. Taylor RaeTaylor Rae is a Clinical Herbalist with a diploma of Phytotherapy from Pacific Rim College in Victoria, BC. Throughout her life, she has had a natural connection & understanding of Astrology & the Tarot. She uses these modalities to assist her clients into alignment with their health, true nature & souls evolution.
From personal experience of working through childhood trauma, depression, addiction, burnout, betrayal, chronic illness & extreme anxiety, she has compassionate insight for those who strive to heal. She sees & bless' anyone who desires to learn, grow & reclaim themselves alongside the ancient wisdoms of the stars, plant allies & our innate inner knowings. |

Brooklyn Rose Brooklyn is a Holistic Reproductive Practitioner & Aromatherapist. Her studies began at Pacific Rim College in Victoria, BC, with the Holistic Doula program. It is the most extensive in North America & was where her passion for women's health, self care & holistic healing began. She expanded her knowledge to become an Aromatherapist, Reproductive Health Practitioner, Reiki Healer & Reflexologist to assist women through their unique, personal journeys of creating overall health & wellbeing. She specializes in creating personalized self care routines that support inner balance.
