Elderberry has long been famed for its immune enhancing effects. Althaea has combined wild Blue Elderberries from the Kootenays with three of their favourite warming spices, Ginger, Cinnamon and Star Anise, to enhance its effects and flavour. This syrup will warm you from the inside out on the coldest days. It can be enjoyed stirred into sparkling water, added tea, or eaten straight off the spoon.
